Acquire Firms

Challenge
Acquire Firms is a company that helps Accounting Firms become Multi-Million dollar businesses through acquisition.
They wanted for more people to know their services and sell more 1:1 consulting on Acquisition.
They also have a Book and a Course around accounting firm acquisition, but didn’t know how to promote them or use them to help them sell more consulting, so they got our Sales Essentials Plan.



Our Strategy
We immediately start working with them by understanding their target audience.
We identified 3 different target audiences:
- Senior Accounting Firm owners
- Accounting Firm Entrepreneurs
- Investors that wanted to take advantage of the market opportunity
The client didn’t have a website or social channels yet, so we created them and integrate them in the strategy. We decided to use Google Search and display Network, Youtube and Linkedin as our Ads channels to approach their target audience in the best way.
With the target audiences clear we created a strategy with a 3-level marketing funnel that will serve us on 2 fronts:
- Build trust in the target audience by working with them level by level
- Sell the high-ticket 1:1 consulting on acquisition by taking advantage of the book and course

ADS
We created different sets of Search Ads, Display Ads and Video Ads.
We used them for Traffic to the Website and then Specific retargeting to those who can get other services like the course and the consulting.
We kept optimizing the ads until we get the best performing to get results



LANDING PAGES
We created a 3-tier landing page that helps the users advance seamlessly in this sales funnel. In each of them we used a VSL so the target audience can see the CEO of the company talking about the opportunity and why it matters for them, also how can the book, the course or the consulting will help them.
We also help the client get testimonials to be used in our landing page, and host the course in a Courses platform so it can be used as an infoproduct.
We purposely left the connection between the 3 landing pages so the user can freely advance further into the funnel.

E-MAIL AUTOMATIONS
We supported our funnel with an E-mail automation sequence that was triggered in each step, to build trust and upsell the course or the consulting.
