Challenge
Acquire Firms helps accounting firms grow into multi-million dollar businesses through strategic acquisitions.
They had powerful offers—a book, a course, and 1:1 consulting—but no strategy to tie them all together.
They wanted more visibility, more authority, and ultimately, more sales of their premium consulting service. That’s where Helios came in.



Our Strategy
They had no digital presence yet. We built their website, landing pages, and social channels from scratch.
We started by deeply understanding their ideal clients and discovered three distinct segments:
- Senior partners at established accounting firms
- Entrepreneurial firm owners looking to grow fast
- Investors exploring acquisition opportunities
With that clarity, we built a 3-level funnel designed to educate, build trust, and convert—leveraging each offer strategically, as we were aiming to sell the high-ticket 1:1 consulting on acquisition.

PAID MEDIA
We launched ads across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and LinkedIn, designed to attract and qualify each segment.
We created different sets of Search Ads, Display Ads and Video Ads.
We used them for Traffic to the Website and then Specific retargeting to those who can get other services like the course and the consulting.
We kept optimizing the ads until we got the best-performing ones to get the results we wanted.



FUNNEL ARCHITECTURE
We developed a 3-tier funnel supported by:
- VSLs (Video Sales Letters) from the CEO to build trust
- Strategic upsell paths from book → course → consulting
- Landing pages designed to guide the journey
- Authentic testimonials
- A polished course platform

E-MAIL AUTOMATIONS
We built automation sequences that followed users at every stage—reinforcing value and nudging the next step.
